The house at 6 Balfour Street, which was built in the 20’s of the last century, is a unique conservation and reconstruction project.

This historical building belongs to the Eclectic style, characterized by a mixture of local style and classical architecture elements.In order to maintain the historical and cultural value of the building, we’ve preserved the original facade of the building by hanging it in the air and added new floors that look like the original.

In the project, 14 unique boutique apartments , carefully designed and costumed made to its tenants.
